This 5 star was definitely earned. Shana impressed me & far exceeded any expectations I could have had. We met in person a couple weeks ago for a consultation. She informed me of a promotion and the deadline. Well, the deadline approached much faster than I anticipated and I didn’t get to their office in time. Guess what?!?!? That didn’t slow Shana down a single bit. Not only did she work on the weekend for me – SHE WORKED ON THE EASTER HOLIDAY WEEKED BECAUSE OF ME!!! And she was absolutely fantastic to work with. Her professionalism is exceptional. She goes above and beyond to be helpful, thorough, polite, caring, & sincerely tries to accommodate your requests. I can’t thank Shana enough for how amazing she treated me during all the chaos from the holiday weekend. AND, even tho I didn’t even sign up – she didn’t hold it against me, she continued to be polite, respectful, & professional. That’s legit ROCK STAR LEVEL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will ONLY deal with this orthodontist when we decide to get braces for our son. They’re all fantastic here. I will highly recommend them to everyone in need of an orthodontist.
