Quick to embrace new technology, Dr. Groth leads our team in harnessing the latest innovations in digital impressions. His innovative thinking has allowed us to make our own clear trays for minor movement and then 3-D print the models for aligners and retainers at a great savings of time and money to our patients.
A Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics since 2012, Dr. Groth has lectured regularly to the 2nd year residents at the University Of Michigan School Of Dentistry. A published author, Dr Groth’s articles have appeared on the cover of the Journal of Clinical Orthodontics. He also speaks nationally on the benefits of 3D technology in orthodontics.
When not making patients smile beautifully, Dr. Groth enjoys running and cycling with his wife Kelly and friends. Both have a passion for running races in support of local charities and you will see them donning their TDR t-shirts and getting behind the causes we embrace. As proud parents of two beautiful children, daughter Reese and son TJ, they have added a stroller to their race gear!
