Our state-of-the-art orthodontic practice is expanding and looking for several patient-focused team members to join us. If you're starting your orthodontic career or have orthodontic experience, you could be the right person for our practice. We will train if you are the right fit. Our clinical team works closely with our orthodontists, records technicians, treatment plan coordinators, and scheduling coordinators to provide the highest quality experience for our patients.

TDR is a family-based practice that is committed to providing excellence in orthodontics. The practice has more than 25 years serving the community in Oakland County and currently extends to three locations: Birmingham, Rochester Hills, and Novi. Each location offers state-of-the-art orthodontics and each office is paperless.
Job Description
Our expanding practice is ready to add additional clinical team members – position includes:
- Set-up chair for procedures
- Actively assist the orthodontist with chair-side treatment
- Provide patient-care information
- Untie archwires and re-tie archwires
- Prepare teeth for brackets
- ITero scan
Qualifications
Previous dental experience is desired. Computer knowledge is also an essential aspect of this position. In addition, professional communication skills, attention to detail, strong hand-eye coordination, time management skills, and working as a team player is mandatory. Although working as an active team member is required, the ability to work independently is necessary. We are dedicated to providing a high quality work environment for all team members, invest in continual training for our team members, and value each team member.
Novi Office
